Our goal is to always provide you resolutions to your questions within 24 hours or less.
Our hours of operation are from 8am – 6pm PST.
We do work weekends to answer your email questions, but please expect longer delays in response time than usual – but we still try to maintain our goals of 24-hr response time or less.
Below are frequently asked questions that may help you right now while you wait for a personal response from a member of our Support team.
1. Need login to the member site:
Login here: http://60minutestamina.com/members/ and save this to your favorites for each future access.
2. Don’t have full access to all products I have ordered – if you will email or call Support (above) we will assure you gain full access to all you have ordered.
3. Want DVDs instead of online access:
Simply email or call Customer Support and we will send you a link to order DVDs for any program you have purchased for just $3.00 + Shipping and Handling.

4. Have billing questions –
60-minute Stamina – The 60-minute Stamina program is $97.00 and is billed up front when you purchase.
Stamina Masters Club is a free 14-day trial offer and is given to all customers who order the 60-minute Stamina program as our way of thanking you for ordering the program, and giving you an opportunity to ‘try before you buy’ the Stamina Masters Club.
Here’s how it works:
The trial is free for 14 days, then $67.00 per month as long as you choose to stay subscribed.
If you want to stay a member in the Stamina Masters Club, simply do nothing and your credit card will be discreetly billed under ASMEducation 15 days after your trial expires, then one time each month as long as you choose to stay subscribed.
If you choose not to stay in the Stamina Masters Club and do not wish to be billed, simply email Customer Support (above) and put ‘Unsubscribe me from the club” in the subject line, and our Support Team will immediately cancel your membership and you will not be billed. You will receive an email confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled.
Free 30-day trial offers -Any additional items you ordered will be shown in your order receipt. Some of the additional items are offered with a 30-day free trial, and are listed in your order receipt. We highly recommend you review your receipt to assure you are aware of any 30-day free trial offers so you aware of any future billing. If you are not sure, or didn’t receive your order receipt, then please contact Customer Support and we will be happy to send it to you and answer any questions.
5. Do the online Videos play on mobile devices?
If you find that you’re having issues getting the videos to play on your computer, please contact Support and we will assist you further. It may just be that you have a slower internet connection in which case you may want to try just ordering the program in DVD format – instructions for ordering DVD are posted above in this FAQ.
If you’re attempting to view the videos on a mobile device like an iPhone, iPad or Android phone or tablet without Flash support, this may be the problem. Flash is available for free from the Android Marketplace. (Please note that while Flash is not compatible with all Android devices, it will work with most newer Android phones and tablets.)
Although the videos aren’t Flash videos, having Flash installed on your system will enable them to work. You can install the latest version of Flash for free on your computer at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
